Purchase your festival tickets before the rush! As a member of our Membership Circles at the Bach Circle ($1,000) level or higher, your ticket order will be filled before we begin general ticketing. (Learn more about membership benefits.) To ensure your ticketing priority, please submit your order on or before May 9.
All orders will be date-stamped and filled in the order in which they were received, once the May 9 VIP priority ticketing deadline has passed. We encourage you to order early, as many concerts sell out quickly.

Music@Menlo is committed to making tickets available at a much reduced rate for full-time students. The student rate is offered to students of all ages, including children and young adults. For students of age eighteen and over, evidence of full-time student status will be required at the door when you present your tickets. Student tickets are filled according to the same ticketing priorities and handling charges as regular-price tickets.

Tickets will be mailed beginning the week of May 29. For orders received after May 29, tickets will be mailed within approximately three business days. Orders received ten business days or fewer prior to a performance will be held at the venue’s will call table on the performance date.
Will call and on-site ticket services at each venue open one hour prior to the start of any ticketed event. These on-site services are available only for the event that is about to begin. For tickets to other events, please reach the Music@Menlo ticket services office during regular business hours, or order online anytime at www.musicatmenlo.org.
We are pleased to offer ticket-exchange privileges for members at the Paganini ($100) level and above and to Subscribers and Immersion Package participants. Exchanges are free for members at the $1,000 level and above; a $3.00-per-ticket handling charge applies to all other exchanges. Exchanges may be made by mail or by fax for another performance taking place during the 2008 festival season that is not sold out. Tickets must be received by the Music@Menlo ticket services office no later than 24 hours prior to a performance. Tickets for past or missed performances cannot be exchanged. If ticket exchanges are for a lower-priced ticket, the difference in price becomes a credit, which if not used in the 2008 festival season becomes a tax-deductible donation to Music@Menlo. Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs and performers are subject to change without notice. Tickets are nonrefundable, except in cases of canceled events.
Ticket donations are encouraged, and they directly support Music@Menlo’s concert and education programs. Donations may be made by mail or by fax through Music@Menlo’s ticket services office. Donated tickets are tax-deductible for their full face value if they are received by Music@Menlo’s ticket services office no later than 24 hours prior to a performance. Donations made at the venue on the date of the performance are gratefully accepted but are not tax-deductible. Tickets for past or missed performances cannot be accepted as donations.
