VIP TICKETING FOR MEMBERS
As a member at the Bach Circle ($1,000) level or higher, your ticket order will be filled first, before those of Subscribers and the general public. (Learn more about the benefits of becoming a Music@Menlo member.) To ensure your ticketing priority, please submit your order on or before May 5.

PRIORITY TICKETING FOR SUBSCRIBERS
Subscribe today for the great benefits, including special savings, of becoming a Music@Menlo Subscriber. As a Music@Menlo Subscriber, your ticket order will be filled after those of VIP members but before those of the general public. To ensure your ticketing priority, please submit your order on or before May 12.

GENERAL TICKETING
All orders will be date-stamped and filled in the order in which they were received, once the VIP and Subscriber priority ticketing deadlines have passed. We encourage you to order early, as many concerts sell out quickly.

STUDENT TICKETS
Music@Menlo is committed to making tickets available at a greatly reduced rate for full-time students. The student rate is offered to students of all ages, including children and young adults. For students eighteen and over, evidence of full-time student status will be required at the door when you present your tickets. Student tickets are filled according to the same ticketing priorities and handling charges as regular-price tickets.

HANDLING CHARGES

• A $3.00-per-ticket handling charge applies to all nonsubscription orders placed online or by phone, mail, or fax.
• An all-inclusive $9.00-per-order handling charge applies to all subscription orders. (Learn more about the benefits of becoming a Subscriber.)
• For members at the Bach Circle ($1,000) level and above, the handling charge is $3.00 per ticket or $9.00 per order, whichever is less.

SEATING
Seating is by general admission. (Learn more about premium seating and other member benefits.)

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS
Tickets will be mailed beginning the week of June 3. For ticket orders placed after that date, tickets will be mailed within approximately three business days. For orders received ten business days or fewer prior to a performance, tickets will be held at the venue’s will-call table on the performance date.

WILL CALL AND TICKET SERVICES AT THE VENUE
Will call and on-site ticket services at each venue open one hour prior to the start of any ticketed event. These on-site services are available only for the event that is about to begin. For tickets to other events, please contact the Music@Menlo ticket services office during regular business hours, or order online now.

TICKET EXCHANGES AND DONATIONS
Ticket exchanges are free for members at the Bach Circle ($1,000) level and above; a $3.00-per-ticket handling charge applies to all other exchanges. Exchanges may be made by mail or by fax for another performance taking place during the 2009 festival season that is not sold out. Tickets must be received by the Music@Menlo ticket services office no later than twenty-four hours prior to a performance. If ticket exchanges are for a lower-priced ticket, the difference in price becomes a credit, which if not used in the 2009 festival season becomes a tax-deductible donation to Music@Menlo.

Ticket donations are encouraged, and they directly support Music@Menlo’s concert and education programs. Donations may be made by mail or by fax through Music@Menlo’s ticket services office. Donated tickets are tax deductible for their full face value if they are received by Music@Menlo’s ticket services office no later than twenty-four hours prior to a performance. Donations made at the venue on the date of the performance are gratefully accepted but are not tax deductible.

REFUNDS
All programs and artists are subject to change without notice. Tickets are nonrefundable, except in cases of canceled events.
