Performers Circle

Be among the first to receive festival news, meet the Artistic Directors at our annual coffee event, and enjoy discounts on festival merchandise.

Paganini ($100–$249) members enjoy:

• Advance, first-class mailing of the festival brochure and early access to information so you can be among the first to get festival news.
• The opportunity to reserve your tickets in advance of the general public, helping you obtain better seats in our reserved-seating venues and tickets to concerts that sell out quickly.
• Acknowledgment in the festival program book thanking you for your generous support.

Joachim ($250–$499) members enjoy all benefits of the Paganini membership plus:

• A 10 percent discount on all Music@Menlo merchandise including festival artists’ and Music@Menlo LIVE CDs, books, apparel, and more!

Caruso ($500–$999) members enjoy all benefits of the Joachim membership plus:

• An exclusive daytime conversation with the Artistic Directors during the festival—a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and learn what happens behind the scenes.

Composers Circle

Enjoy VIP ticketing services, premium seating reservations, and special events with artists.

Bach ($1,000–$2,499) members enjoy all benefits of the Caruso membership plus:

• VIP ticket services, reduced handling fees, and priority ticketing.*
• The festival’s opening-night celebration with festival artists and Chamber Music Institute International Program participants.
• A special invitation-only performance during the year, letting you connect with festival friends and musicians outside of the hustle and bustle of festival activity.
• New: Reserved-seat passes for one Koret Young Performers Concert or Prelude Performance. Get up close and personal—without waiting in line. Just choose your favorite program and let us know; we will save you the best seats in the house!

Haydn ($2,500–$4,999) members enjoy all benefits of the Bach membership plus:

• An intimate lunch and recital with Music@Menlo’s Artistic Directors during the festival, hosted by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and featuring special performances by Chamber Music Institute musicians.
• A total of two premium seating reservations.**

Mozart ($5,000–$9,999) members enjoy all benefits of the Haydn membership plus:

• A post-concert dinner party with the Artistic Directors, artists, and friends. A private dinner, this event allows you to continue into the night with wine and food along with the musicians—one more way to deepen your personal relationship with the world-class performers at the festival.
• A concert dedication acknowledging your support in the program book. Your concert dedication also guarantees you front-row seats at the concert for you and your guests.***
• A total of four premium seating reservations.**

Beethoven ($10,000–$24,999) members enjoy all benefits of the Mozart membership plus:

• An exclusive post-concert celebration with festival musicians, staff, and members of the Music@Menlo community. Hosted in a private home, this event offers total behind-the-scenes access, allowing you to get to know the people who make this festival what it is.
• Acknowledgment of your support in season-dedication concert-hall signage every night of the festival.
• A total of eight premium seating reservations.**

Patrons Circle

Receive increased customized benefits and recognition and invitations to private in-home concerts and other exclusive events.

Esterhazy ($25,000–$49,999) members enjoy all benefits of the Beethoven membership plus:

• An invitation to the Patrons Circle Season Announcement Celebration—a private in-home party and concert during Music@Menlo’s Winter Residency. The Artistic Directors join Chamber Music Institute coaches and alumni to perform for members, enjoy a dinner reception, and unveil the programming for the upcoming festival season. You are the first to hear the news!
• A total of twelve premium seating reservations.**

Carnegie ($50,000–$99,999) members enjoy all benefits of the Esterhazy membership plus:

• Customized benefits and recognition. We work directly with you to create the perfect Music@Menlo experience.
• A total of sixteen premium seating reservations.**

Medici ($100,000+) members enjoy all benefits of the Carnegie membership plus:

• The opportunity to host a private concert in your home with festival artists and your friends. We coordinate the music with you to create your perfect private concert either during the festival or any time throughout the year.
• Premium seating reservations for you and your guests at all events you attend. No matter the venue or the type of event, from ticketed concerts to master classes, with advance notice, we will be sure you have the best possible Music@Menlo experience.**

*VIP ticket services include no-fee ticket exchanges and dedicated-staff assistance. VIP ticket orders are filled before those of Subscribers and the general public according to level of giving. For concerts in reserved-seating venues, seats will be assigned on the basis of your preference and best availability at the time your order is filled.

**Use your premium seating reservations for the general-admission ticketed performance(s) of your choice (a paid ticket is required for each ticketed performance you wish to reserve), or use them for reserved seating at Prelude Performances or Koret Young Performers Concerts. Premium seating reservations are not cumulative by membership level. The total number of allotted reservations is noted above for each level.

***If you have been seated prior to your dedication concert being chosen, we will be happy to upgrade your seats to the front row for up to four people. If you prefer non-front-row seats, we will do our best to accommodate your seating preference based on availability at the time of your dedication. Paid tickets are required for the concert for you and your guests.
