Thank you for your support of the Tenth-Anniversary Campaign. We surpassed our campaign goal and raised $3,036,142!
Through its unfaltering commitment to excellence over the past ten years—in education and programming, engagement and relationship building, and innovation—Music@Menlo has firmly positioned itself to move into its second decade with strength, momentum, and inspiration. On the occasion of the tenth year, Music@Menlo invites its community to celebrate its innovations and its impact on the chamber music industry, its artists, and its audiences!
Beginning this year, Music@Menlo will invest significant new capital to lift the organization to the next level of excellence in all areas: artistic programming and performance, the education of Chamber Music Institute participants, audience engagement, and Music@Menlo’s expanding impact on the classical music industry.
We ask you to support the Tenth-Anniversary Campaign with a special gift. Your gift to Music@Menlo’s Tenth-Anniversary Campaign will enable strategic growth towards advancing the following inextricably linked areas:
Artistic and Professional Excellence
To remain a global industry leader known for its innovation and impact, with programs and artistic support at the highest level. Dedicated artistic venture funds will enable the organization to take advantage of new artistic opportunities as they arise and to pilot exciting innovations.
To extend and broaden Music@Menlo’s impact through three educational channels: the Chamber Music Institute, in which the festival trains a new generation of classical music performers; the Arts Administration Internship Program, through which emerging arts administrators are trained for the field; and a growing array of open-access opportunities for exploration and discovery for Music@Menlo’s ever-broader public audiences.
Media and Technology
To broaden the impact of programs by leveraging relevant technological advancements in audience engagement, data management, and communications.
To remain financially independent—sound in the eyes of its many institutional supporters and individual donors and its host, Menlo School. The strategic objective is to fund a substantial operating reserve to provide this financial independence.
